Move Reminder ("the app") is a movement reminder app that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what data is and is not collected.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All settings you configure in the app (reminder times, frequency, alarm tone, message) are saved locally on your device and never leave it.
Advertising
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID to show personalised ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalised ads at any time through your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalised Ads
Permissions
The app requests the following permissions:

| Vibration | To vibrate alongside the alarm sound. |

| Internet | To load ads from Google AdMob. |
Age Requirement
Move Reminder is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is designed for adults who sit at a desk during work hours and is not directed at children. The app contains advertising served by Google AdMob, which is not permitted in child-directed apps under COPPA or GDPR-K.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
